Easy Pumpkin Spice Dump Cake #Recipe

This is the perfect dessert recipe for Thanksgiving, Game Day, or another fall event!

Ingredients:

  • 29 oz can pumpkin puree
  • boxed vanilla cake mix
  • 18 oz can of evaporated milk
  • one cup chopped walnuts
  • one cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • one cup brown sugar
  • one tablespoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 pan
  3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin, milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into the pan
  5. Cover with half of walnuts and pecans.
  6. Pour cake mix over the layer of nuts.
  7. Thinly slice butter and place over cake mix, covering the whole surface.
  8. Top with remaining walnuts and pecans.
  9. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
