This recipe is perfect for summer berry season. You can make it with frozen or fresh berries. It could not be easier!

Ingredients
one cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
one banana
one tablespoon of chia seeds
handful of ice cubes
Directions
Put everything together in a blender and blend!
